WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, WORST STAFF, WORST RUDE ARROGANT MANAGER. I purchased the Breville Sear and press grill from them on 18th March,2022 but when I went home and opened it, the piece was defective. I came back to the store next day around 3:40pm and store was supposed to close by 4pm. I talked to the customer service guy and he called his manager.The very first thing manager said that we are closed, I said it to him that you still have 20 mins left. He was so rude to me and he doesn't want to listen. He was not considering to at least listen to me. I brought the defective piece, I have no fault in it, the guy packed the machine in front of me like I m not there. He was the manager but I am amazed how rude a person could be to a lady. Instead of helping me out or telling me what options I have, he told me go to talk to Breville. My question is but I just bought it from their store. I wish I can give them negative star rating. I never ever had such a worst shopping experience of my life. The manager was so rude and arrogant, he doesn't know how to talk to a lady, he had zero manners, zero customer service. I wish I don't have to se that guy again ever in my life. He proved it today to me, that its better to promote big corporates like Amazon, BestBuy etc where they can listen to their customer and help them better. Cashiers are ignorant, they are busy chatting and having sweets in front of customer when they are waiting to checkout in front of them. They have zero value for customers.

Finally bought a pizza oven from nella. My family and I used it this weekend and we loved the way the pizzas turned out! Can’t wait to make more again this weekend! If your looking to buy an oven or any other kitchen supplies, this is place to go. The selection is massive and the staff is great!

Don’t waste your time with their terrible repair service. Go directly to the manufacturer and they’ll send you to the right place. Nella tech misdiagnosed my issue which caused me a lot of money and time, and on top of that they charged me money for service and parts when the machine is in warranty! Nella service department is very good at giving you the runaround, wrong info, not responding to anything, and they would take your money very quickly.

We are truly disappointed, they try to scam you no matter what, doesn't matter if you are a dedicated customer. Even though we've purchased quite a lot of stuff from there we pretty much got scammed on every single purchase be it quality of the product or the price. Overall there are a lot of better options out there, save yourself the trouble and avoid this place at all cost.

Part 2: After getting response from Nella to contact service department, I got some contact information for the warranty services. AGAIN, THESE ARE ALL EQUIPMENTS I GOT AND BRAND NEW! 1. I contacted Permul for brand new bar glasswasher that was not working at the first place. Waiting for the part, and finally it was fixed. 2. I contacted Heritage for the Fryer that keep shutting off. They sent tech twice and finally fixed it. Right now they said because it is over 30days after the installation, I have to pay the fees. 3. I contacted True for the chef base. They sent the tech and told us it should be fixed by Nella. I called and emailed a couple of times to Nella service department. . . no response anymore. 4. I am still waiting for New Air to contact me for the Bar fridge lock that is never worked. Part 1: If you think that you have enough time to call services for the brand new equipment you just purchased, Nella is a good company to go with as they have many equipment. I have called 3 different services that is under warranty so far for the equipment I just purchased. Scheduling them to come is another challenge. Good luck!

If we could give a -100 we would. As any other big "company", when you are trying to buy something and start things up, they are awesome and very responsive. However, after that, they have the worst customer service I have ever seen. We leased two pizza ovens from them, after 7 months they both stopped working and Nella would refuse to take them for repair. After 2 long months of fighting and covering the cost of a lease for two ovens that were not working and just sitting there. They finally took them. We had to contact the manufacturers and once we finally got through, within 24 hours, Nella magically realized that the ovens in fact were under warranty. They would not refund the money we have spent in these past 3.5 months (1 of our ovens is still "under service") for the lease due to their poor customer service and on top of that. Ovens were not fixed properly and Nella refuses to answer any calls, emails or anything from us.

Yesterday I bought an espresso machine from Nella for my fathers birthday and was blown away by the amazing customer service!! This cute red headed women by the name Beth (I believe) was so kind, helpful and knowledgeable. Nella’s showroom is fantastic, they have a great selection. Will definitely be returning.

I can only share my personal experience with Nella. It should be noted that I was unable to complete my purchase. On Dec 29, 2021, I received an email from Nella with Boxing Day promo items. They had an incredible deal on a Philips 5400 super automatic espresso machine - $499 was the price. I quickly jumped to go an check the item, because this price was great! The website showed a higher price, so I did a Chat. Props to Nella for having a quick Chat, however they would not honor the price even though it was listed in their email. I would understand not honoring the price AFTER the error was caught, however being the first person to notice this error and bring it to their attention seems, well, like maybe they should have honored it and then sent an email revision. Either way, this shows me how Nella operates. Ive had the opposite experience with their competitors (in the coffee world) where price errors were honored (and subsequently changed). UPDATE: Meh, reached out to Nella after they responded to do so. Never received anything back from them. One star remains!
