My Employment Counsellor - Andrea.F is passionate with her job with patience to listen my case, and providing lots of webinar and workshop for me to polish my resume and cover letter. Andrea checked in with me on a regular basis and helped me going back to school. She was able to get me into a Virtual Customer Service & Digital Skills Program at Douglas College which was very helpful in upgrading my communication and computer knowledge. I received a certificate and now have a full time job! I would definitely recommend using WorkBC for help.
