★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I trusted Tunde Zalaba to come into my home to clean when I’m not home. At first it was fine but over a period of a few months I noticed she was cutting corners and not cleaning as well as she used to. Today I came home and discovered (after her being in my one bedroom apartment to clean for THREE hours) that she did not bother to sweep or mop the floors. The last time she was here 2 weeks ago I asked her to dust the blinds but she didn’t. Today I asked her again and requested it be done without fail but again she did not dust the blinds. I’ve asked her not to put dishes away wet but today all the dishes are wet. What does she do for 3 hours? I started to get suspicious so a neighbour watched her today. She starts at 9 and is supposed to finish by 12 but my neighbour saw her leave at 11:10. She’s lying and taking advantage of me. Every time I leave her a tip, even lately when I’ve been suspicious, but she does not deserve even the $20/hr that she charges. Do not let her fool you and do not trust this woman in your home. I feel very upset and disappointed to be taken advantage of by Tunde. Don’t let her fool you - her English is very good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UPDATE: we did not "reschedule" our cleaning date. We asked if it was possible to come 1 hour later which you agreed to. If it was not possible you should have said no, then we would have kept the same time. Again don't trust a word this company says....
Don’t waste your time with this company ! Pay the money for reliability.
We hired this company a month before our move for a move out clean, confirmed multiple times that they would be there as I saw a review saying they didn’t show up, which should have been my first clue. Confirmed a few days before and they said they would be there. Well the day of the move out clean. They decided to message and say can we reschedule as they had a doctors appointment. Being a move out clean I firmly said “no” as it needs to be done timely. Needless to say: they did not show up. So we were left scrambling to find someone else. I DO NOT recommend this company to anyone.

Support a different organization than this one unless you want your money to go to some very scary and unpleasant individuals. They have no manners or respect
