★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very personable and efficient from the moment you walk in the front door to seeing the doctor. Staff are all helpful and courteous. Wait room is immaculate with televisions to assist in passing the time. COVID protocols are top notch which includes a wall mounted temperature sensor. Wait time is short based on my 3 visits so far. Dr Danielle Woo was energetic, positive and professional. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her field (Invisalign) and worth consulting. This company in Richmond is worth the drive from New West.

From the receptionists, to the dentists, to the hygienists, etc…everyone that our family has ever dealt with at Centro has been exceptional. You really get the sense that they care about their patients and the service that they provide. We highly recommend them!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I highly recommend Centro Dental as Dr. Danielle and Dr. Sam are great dentists and provide thorough and professional service. I find their office staff to be highly efficient and helpful. I really like getting their email and text reminders before appointments and also their booking reminders. Being a busy working mom it takes one thing off my plate! They are family oriented and Dr. Sam is great with kids! They also pay special attention to patient requests, especially related to pain management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I moved to Vancouver several years ago and needed to find a new dental office. I've tried a few in Vancouver as I live just outside downtown, but didn't love or "click" with any of them. Although Centro Dental is a farther drive for me, I am happy to make my trips out to Richmond for my treatments. The most important factor for me is being able to feel secure and getting treated by people that are honest and caring. The doctors, hygienists, and staff at Centro Dental are all very personable, caring, and skilled at what they do. I'm lucky to be one of their patients.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve had several cleaning and fillings done here and the staff are always friendly and very efficient, from check-in to the dental work. The great receptionists are fluent in Chinese and English (and maybe more?) Dr. Suzanne is like a sculptor with the fillings, quick and painless too. Can’t go wrong with any of the friendly and professional hygienists. Facilities are the best I’ve seen. Good Covid-19 precautions as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been to many dental offices over the years, Centro Dental is the only one that leaves me smiling and happier than when I got there. All of their staff are super friendly, knowledgeable and genuine. I recently brought my toddler in for his first check up and Dr. Woo made the experience fun and positive for him and informative for me. Somehow she was able to complete the exam and apply fluoride while I was still trying to figure out how to hold him in the best position for her. I was amazed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our first visit to Centro Dental was last week, everyone was helpful and sincere and professional, we were very impressed with all the staff we encountered. The clinic itself is beautiful and modern with a large comfortable waiting area. Our dentist, doctor Danielle Woo and our hygienists we’re considerate, gentle and professional. It was a very positive experience for for us. I came home wanting to improve my dental hygiene routine as per the advice of my hygienist, Ava, so that my next checkup (which I am looking forward to) would be even better. Thank you Centro.
