★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove off the lot yesterday as the 4th owners of an Ember RV in Canada. Woody's RV in Leduc was amazing to work with through every step of the way. Our trailer telling us to use common sense was the very moment we knew it was the trailer for us and when Nathan Chapman walked up and offered assistance we knew he was the person we'd be buying this trailer from. Our purchase by date was mid June, as you can tell by the date of this review meeting Nathan bumped that purchase date up by almost an entire month. Start to finish this process took us 6 days. We were even able to get camping in with some friends by May long weekend. A weekend we typically avoid due to the chilly temperatures that come with it. This trailer is far from chilly and I'd consider the service we received at Woody's RV warm.

Dan was great in showing us all the features of the Grand Design Transcend trailer and even took the time to make a detailed list comparing it to another trailer we were considering. This really helped in our decision to go with this trailer. We felt that Dan knew the product very well and could answer all our questions. Greg clearly explained the extended warranty. Great customer service from all of the team. Can’t wait until the camping season!

Dan McFee, our salesman , was friendly .not pushy, knowledgeable and showed us all options of what we were looking at before we made a choice. He kept us informed as to the progress of a delivery date and had the trailer set up for us when we came to receive it. He gave us a thorough tutorial so we were informed as to how things worked. He did not rush us through it. Greg was a good guy to deal with as well and made sure we knew and understood all the details of extended warranty. The people in the parts department were good too ...also knew their product and were helpful making choices. And then there is Ed in the service department....a great fellow...knowledgeable & efficient and had us on our way in record time. Could not ask for more or better service. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were shopping for a fifth wheel trailer and stopped at Woody's RV World in Leduc. Dan helped us find the perfect unit. He was attentive to what our requests were for a trailer. When we had some questions regarding the trailer Dan went to grab a screwdriver or wrench so we could find the winterizing spot or look behind something. When we picked up our trailer it was plugged in out front and ready to go. Dan went through everything in the trailer and answered all our questions. He helped us hook up and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Greg the finance manager explained our options for additional services and answered any questions we had. The extended warranty was thoroughly explained. Greg was very efficient and helpful. The whole experience from walking in the door to reception to sales, finance and Breanne in parts was a very positive one. We would definitely deal with Woody's again. Thank-you.

We bought a new trailer from Michael Vercammen with the paperwork n Financials handled by Greg Horn. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire deal. The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable! They maintained great communication for the upgrades we requested, kept us informed on progress for shipping and estimated delivery times, provided alternative cheaper solutions for upgrades requested, with no shortage of quality. Parts depth packaged up all the extra new camper products inhad requested and discounted on it all for our recent purchase. Mike completed an informative walk-through upon delivery, making sure we had all questions answered and even follow up phone calls by both Mike n Greg to make sure our first trip was good, ensuring that we got home safely with our new trailer.
Highly recommend and appreciate the care and attention to details!
