First time in Tofino and first time visiting the Wolf in the Fog. We were very lucky to be seated as a walk-in at around 7PM on a Saturday. The ambience of the restaurant is fantastic. There’s a small, cozy area downstairs as well as a larger area upstairs. They also have a very nice patio upstairs. I have to say the patio was very well designed and heated very well compared to some other restaurants I’ve visited. My only complaint would be that perhaps it was too warm on the patio; but I’d much rather have it be too warm than too cold. Just a very minor thing in my opinion. Our server was great, friendly, and very attentive. The food was very tasty and so were the cocktails. All in all a very nice dining experience.

Firstly, if you are planning to visit this restaurant DO make a reservation. It is quite packed even on weekdays. The dΓ©cor is quite unique and representative of the Tofino vibe. Staff are very friendly and professional. I loved the idea that not two plates are similar and each has its own design. Drinks are delicious and the drinks/ cocktails are not limited to what you see on the menu, the mixologist can get very creative if you just ask. The food is flavourful, fresh, memorable and high quality. The menu does get updated often so the items I post here may not be there when you visit. I just wish I was there to try new items. You may here the kitchen staff clapping and making celebratory sounds - that means someone bas ordered the β€œsix pack for kitchen” from them menu and they are just showing appreciation.

Great atmosphere and vibe. Great service. Cocktails were delicious. The food was mostly good. The octopus was quite sour and Brussel sprouts nearly inedible as burnt and salty. I would recommend the salad, fried chicken and the pasta. Overall great place to visit.

Great experience overall! We tried the fried oysters, lamb pasta, baked halibut and basque cheesecake. The pasta and cheesecake were my favorite items, both had great portions. The decor and ambiance was really nice, tables are well spaced and the music choices are fantastic.

I enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly staff. It gets quite busy even during the weekdays. We had to wait in line for about 10 minutes to just get in and luckily we were the last to get a table in second floor in Thu 5pm. So recommended to make reservations in advance. Food was delicious (prices high too) and the portions are not very large. Dish decoration was right as good as Restaurant decoration. I loved the burger ?

Amazing food and amazing service. They have a good menu selection. We were a group of 10 and everyone enjoyed their meals. I would recommend this place if you are visiting Tofino. Keep in mind their menu changes a lot so it might not be the same when you decide to go there.

Lovely service, great atmosphere with lots of light and windows. Food was excellent. We enjoyed the halibut with butter chicken sauce and the Gnudi with yam and Brussels sprout sides. Everything was cooked perfectly, so fresh and satisfying.

This was a great dining experience in all aspects. First, we had a really friendly and warm waitress. She was very helpful with the recommendations and suggestions, which improved our experience. Second, the food was fantastic. The quality and taste of everything was top-notch. Ordering the Spot Prawns with Garlic Bread was a great choice. We also had the Tuna Mexicano, which had some really unique but amazing flavours. For the entree, we shared the Smoked Wild Spring Salmon. Again, it was fantastic and I have no complaints at all about it. We decided to try the dessert and had a slice of the Basque Cheesecake. It wasn’t too sweet which I prefer. The prices here may be on the high end, but they’re absolutely worth it. Definitely make a reservation well in advance.
