Also an awesome stop for souvenirs (bring some salmon home!) and a great way to support local indigenous business.

I was so excited to get some smoked fish, and walked in and said “how’s it going boss?” The guy at the counter got offended and wouldn’t let it go. I didn’t mean it in a derogatory term, but instead was trying to be friendly. He kept asking me why I said it, and this went on for a few minutes. I told him I meant that he was the man because I was excited for the salmon. You could tell there was something more going on here, as his previous encounters were also super awkward. Regardless of his situation, this guy should not be working here and dealing with customers. I absolutely loved the smoked salmon, and highly recommend it. If someone else was serving me I’m sure I would have had a more positive experience.
