I came tonight during a busy period and they accidentally forgot a bowl of rice - I love their rice lol so I went back and they quickly apologized and made up for my order (and more) no issues!
N	Nilooo Bocaa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 9 pieces of salmon sashimi for $13.35. The quality of the fish was amazing, and so fresh. The size of the sashimi was perfect. Took two stars off because the girl on the phone has a bad attitude and they’re phone line has problems (difficult to get a call through).

Seaweed salad, spicy tuna pizza, fiery dragon roll and the chirashi don sashimi combo & Sushi Combo C (minus salad and soup) *Minus one star because it was hard to actually get through and the girl on the line didn't seem very friendly

I work at a restaurant too and understand things can get busy behind the scenes but almost 3 hours for 12 rolls and when I got there to pick it up there was no customers to be seen and staff standing around.

J	J Z on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried it for the first time tonight on skip the dishes, and it was amazing. Food was delicious and fresh, presentation was on point. Tempura was excellent, sushi was the bomb. Had an ice cold Asahi with it too ?

They used to be my favourite sushi place and have affordable prices, but the service has gotten much worse and they get easily overwhelmed with orders causing the wait times to skyrocket. Usually they may quote you 1 hour for your order, but when you arrive there will be a lineup for food pickups and by the time your order is ready it's 30 minutes overdue.. On weekends, your order is likely to take over 2 hours. Now it seems that when they get overwhelmed, they simply stop answering the phone and you can't even place an order. I'll pay more and go down the street where the service is more reliable.

I'm not paying $20 for a roll and a bit of sushi that won't fill me. Especially when it takes 45 minutes to get it. I hope Keswick gets a new all you can eat sushi restaurant, or even just a sushi restaurant that has decent prices. Would not recommend.
