★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended my first Yin class this morning after a lengthy absence. I was warmly relieved by all and made feel really welcome. I found some of the poses challenging, however Jodi is always so helpful in assisting me to modify the poses as needed. I left feeling relaxed and refreshed and I look forward to coming again soon.
