I have never found anyone who can give better services while making you feel special, comfortable, relaxed and beautiful. It is easy to see that she cares and takes pride in whatever service she is prvoviding. I have never trusted anyone with waxing until I met Marielle! Thank you Marielle, I don't know what I would have done if I had never found you!!!!

And the price was absolutely reasonable... highly recommend! Best eyebrow wax anywhere!! If I could give more stars I would!! Thank you so so much CONFIDENTE! See you again soon!

Our massages were in separate rooms which I was really disappointed by and afterwards when we discussed our experiences, neither one of else felt particularly pampered. The massage area is in the basement and felt like it needed a renovation. Don't get me wrong - it's well kept and clean but it's small and just didn't have a high end feel. Would recommend if you're looking for a professional massage on a budget but not for someone who wants to feel pampered or looking for a special treat. Definitely would NOT give a massage here as a gift given the experience I had.

She then took 3.5” off the bottom. She cut off the layering in the back, so it’s one big lump now. I compared with my progress pictures, it was longer in June of 2020 then it is now. Ranya knew it was going for a good cause. She did it anyways. She commented on how “lucky” someone would be to get to wear my hair, then dumped it all over the ground. I do NOT recommend this salon whatsoever.

After being questioned "Are you SURE" and having to convince her it was what I, an adult woman wanted, showed photos and was very clear about what I wanted. As we came to the end of the haircut, she said "I'm not cutting it how you wanted." I almost burst into tears. Then she said "I like it messy" and tousled my hair, which is 100% NOT how I wanted it. I told her I wanted it shorter and she refused. I absolutely hate my haircut, and now I have to spend extra money and find someone who will actually cut it how I want.
