8	867890 Bob on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at the Halibut Queen the other day, which I ordered fish and chip. Was very disappointed, the fish if there was any, was all batter and even the fries were terrible. I do not recommend.

It was just batter with crusty bits of something, that could have fallen off some sort of fish. Kids are people too. It went in the garbage. I hate to give a bad review of a local business right now, but halibut is expensive. It should be edible. The onion rings were good.

The halibut was lightly bartered and cooked in obviously clean oil. I thought, maybe it’s a coincidence, will give it another shot. We have since eaten here a few times and find the quality really really great. Especially since it’s obviously not fried in stale old oil. Great job!

Don't get me wrong it was good, it's just for $50. I could have had a dinner at East Side Mario's. If price is not an issue for your desire of fish and chips than you should come here. The food is good and you will leave with an empty pocket book and a full tummy....

Haddock and cod was cooked freshly, very crispy and tasted very good, just a little on the oily side. Not sure if cardbox container was very clean. Nice little patio outside. Sitting on the toilet right now as I’m typing, not sure if it’s from the food...
