I have never had a better manicure or pedicure and they have a huge polish/shellac colour selection. This place is a must try in Keswick!

Also went there today to try the reflexology offered. WOW felt so amazing. I've never had such a thing done and I'm deff going to do it again.
C	Crystal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could rate this salon a 0 I would. I recently moved to keswick and have been looking for a new salon to do my regular waxing and nails. I booked a Brazilian waxing. I have been waxing for years and never experienced anything like this. The woman waxing must not have been certified because she did NOT know what she was doing. She would apply the wax but struggled to pull off the strips. After multiple tugs and attempts on the same strips my skin started to bleed and become sore. I told her this was very painful and I’ve never experienced this before and her response was that it was my fault because my hair was too thick. I have been waxing for years at different salons and never once have I been told this. There was wax all over my lower body. It was a mess. We had to stop at only 50% and that is when I asked for the owners info, I wanted to make a complaint and explain why I would not be paying for this horrible service. She then brought all of the used wax strips with the little amounts of hair she managed to remove and threw them onto the floor in the middle of the salon!!!! She yelled and said look at your hair!!!! With 2 customers in the salon at the time I was humiliated and traumatized. This is worst place and I do not recommend it to anyone!!! I will be making a complaint with the better business bureau and taking legal action. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON!!

I usually end up reshaping at home but I’m happy to say I didn’t have to do that this time! I got a last minute appointment, she took me within 10 minutes and did a wonderful job. The salon is quiet and calm and she was lovely to talk to. ??

The owner is a very lovely women that has great customer service skills, as she treats me like family. Every nail set that I get done by her is always top quality and lasts a long time, as well as offering a great selection of colours and options. I have also received microdermabrasion services from them and love the results of my skin and texture after the process. Highly recommended.

She told me how she would be running a little late and soon after explained to me it was because she was fixing a nail for her because she would never let a girl walk out with bad nails. From the moment I satin the chair I was welcomed and treated amazingly and kept up with a great conversation and I enjoyed the experience. She was very thorough and asked my opinions on how they looked the whole time which was very appreciated. My nails were started at 645 and they close at 7. Out of the kindness in her heat she took me in late and stayed doing amazing work all the way up til 830. My nails are beautiful, well massages and it was all at an amazing, low price. The woman’s name was Lee and she is absolutely phenomenal. The only thing I could say that wasn’t 100% positive is that some of their equipment may need an update to match their perfection because they deserve it. I’d been looking for a salon to stick with to get my nails done and I most certainly have. Highly recommend. This place is amazing, definitely going back. ?

The only thing that sucks is the burn that happens on your fingers every thing a new layer of gel is cured. One other thing that sucked was the thumb nail and how crooked it was. Lady was nice to talk too and it was peaceful in the store.

This unique machine uses tiny exfoliating crystals that are sprayed on the skin. It works best on problems such as dull skin, brown spots, and age spots. This is spacious clean salon. Every where you go today in our diverse country, we all encountered minor language issues. And, it’s only an issue if you make a big deal out of it. I met the friendly owner and she is a hard working young business lady. She is very professional and communicates well. It’s important to her to understand exactly what her customers requirements & expectations are regarding her outstanding spa and nail services. Her services & pricing are highlighted clearly in her Brochures at reception. Understanding the pricing for each service you’ve chosen ahead of time, prevents confusion. I highly recommend dropping in for a Pedicure/Manicure ($40) and ask for her new 4 function Dermabrasion services as well.
