★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in the other day around 6ish and I had a horrible experience. Honestly I never care to complain but seriously if you can't even paint a nail let alone make any of the nails the same size and shape you shouldn't be working in a nail salon. Not a single one of my nails are straight they're all put on crooked. And the lady who did my nails couldn't speak English so when o tried to tell her that I wasn't satisfied with the nails and they weren't the way o wanted them she completely blew me off. I'm sorry but if I'm going to pay 60 dollars to get my nails done o expect things to be done the way I would like. I seriously don't recommend this place to anyone looking to feel pampered and flawless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to get my nails filled asked if the product was changed as my nails keep turning yellow. I do not smoke and have been using the same cleaner etc for years. Had them removed twice IN the last 3months and they keep turning yellow.. Totally rude response and was ignored and brushed off. I have been going to this business for years. This is unacceptable the owner would not even come over and look or discuss this problem with me. Thank you for the worst customer experience and service from Star Nails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love Star Nail salon. I always can get in, no appointments or waiting. Staff are fast, skilled (I always get hand painting) and pleasant. I also get brow waxing at same time. Prices are less than other places. Highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my nails done yesterday and the guy had put 5 COATS OF NAIL POLISH on each nail (I’ve been going to one for the last 3 months and they only do 2 maybe 3) and my nails look so uneven, bulky, misshapen and he didn’t even really put care into my nails. I was in and out in 20 minutes. My nails hurt and I’m going to have to go to my usual nail salon to get them taken off and done right. So unimpressed and displeased!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went and got acrylic set. The woman was very rude and did my nails so poorly, they were thick and bubbly she missed spots while painting and the whole salon watched me take off the polish and still aloud me to pay... the same night I light tapped my nail and it ripped my entire nail right off ? I had to go to doctor due to the pain and she gave me antibiotics because it was so infected. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON. *edit* my gf who had her nails started after me and her nails were done much after mine (her nail girl took time to do her nails) she said that the girl after me was complaining to the same woman who did my nails...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly terrible. Needing to help my Best friend remove her nails which are completely damage and over grounded. The acrylic is sticky to the touch. And incredibly thick and flat. Wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone I know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went there this past weekend, and asked for a glitter ombré. The lady did a glitter tip and it was basically my whole nail covered in glitter. Also for her doing my tips, she made the line so straight, when it should’ve been an arch. When I mentioned I didn’t like it. The lady who does nails at the front was so rude and basically just told me to deal with it. I will never go back there. Definitely wasn’t worth $60

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These nails were $45 and amazing and super pretty. I've received many compliments online and in person! Good value and good experience. I suggest going on a day where the mall isn't busy. Workers here do speak English so some of these reviews are misleading. The set I got were acrylic nails that are painted with an airbrush and were Nezuko inspired. Some cons are that there can be interruptions but that salon is located in a mall that can be busy at some times so it's understandable. Overall really good experience, looks beautiful, and affordable.
