β β β β β If you have a concern or problem, the new manager is quick to raise her voice, be dishonest and tell you that you can just cancel your contract and leave. (Shaleena)
I spoke to Simon at head office who was excellent to deal with. I made him aware of this extremely unprofessional treatment from Shaleena! He was very understanding and made things much better.
To tell customers they can just leave instead of talking nicely and resolving the issue without cutting the customer off and having a temper and attitude is unacceptable. A manager cant be this unstable, quick to raise their voice, cut the customer off because they don't want to be wrong, or listen. So hopefully she follows her coaching and doesn't treat anyone else this poorly! But this is my honest review.
Thankfully Daljeet is there to make the customers heard and feel like they actually matter, and in a professional calm and normal way. She was honest, and didn't fly off the handle, she would make a good manager.
If you go to this store ask for Daljeet as she has good reviews and you can leave happy. But be sure to get all your information clearly before you leave.

β β β β β First time , I came there me and my wife got the phones from Sheleena who is the store Manager was really really pleased with the service she offered us.We always go back there if I ever have any issues she and her staff are always very helpful. Last time when I visited the Manager was off but I was helped by Miraaj who took care of our issues and helped us thoroughly with our problems. He is amazing too. I would definitely recommend this store.

β β β β β One staff member (manager) working trying to manage multiple customers. Frustrating experience for both me & my daughter (3 hour process that should have been done in 30 min) requiring multiple trips to attempt to complete & resolve. Ultimately ended up contacting Bell directly to correct her mistake. Very disappointing.
Three customers will no longer return as a direct result of our experience.
