★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in yesterday after work with my tablet to get the screen replaced since I broke it a few months ago and never bothered to fix it. When I went in I was told it would take a bit since they don't keep tablet screens on hand, so I left my info and all that stuff. Fast forward like 1.5-2hrs, and I get a text saying it's done. I could not believe how quick it was, I was expecting the replacement screen to take a week or two to arrive. Overall I highly recomend them and if I break another device I am definitely know where I'm going with it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scam. They will show you how their screen protector can get hit by a hammer. Mine had something hit my pocket and broke and I did not receive any warranty. Would never go back and you shouldn’t consider it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service and repair technicians were very accommodating throughout the whole process. While they did go and delete files without prior consent, I had virtually backed up so it wasn't a big deal. (before bringing in your computer to any shop, you should always back it up anyway - it's just personal responsibility.)
Anyway, they went and above and beyond in the end in terms of physically repairing my laptop (which I thought was unfixable without a number of brand new parts.) They spent many, many more hours than what I was charged for, so I can't recommend them enough! Great guys! Thanks! 5 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like many reports before me, I had the same experience. I sent my phone into the Saskatoon location where the staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my phone required more fixing as the case was bent. They had to ship it to Regina.
This team did not communicate well at all, abrupt and rude. There was a new problem encountered after repairs. Something that wasn't an issue before sending it in. I was told the phone had to be shipped to Calgary for their 3rd tier repair center. After almost two weeks I had still not heard anything. Saskatoon store had no record of my phone and Regina staff took a long time to track it down. I later found my phone was in Toronto and not Calgary. Top top secret location and no info of this location would be shared. The owner was very rude at this point.
Another 2 weeks later my phone arrived in Regina. Owner requested payment before I could see or get my phone in Regina. I refused until I could see workmanship as everything was sketchy at best by this point. I re-routed my road trip to Regina by adding 2.5 hrs of driving. Only to find out he had shipped it and it had arrived to Saskatoon. (this after refusing to do so and letting me know). I was never made aware of this nor did the Saskatoon store call me to make me aware the phone had arrived.
When I got home and charged my phone, everything had been reset and I have to restart installing everything like a new phone.
The staff at the Regina store seemed ignorant as to their process, were unprofessional and rude. They may be able to fix a broken screen but I would never trust them to do more.
They have now been reported to the Better Business Bureau and I encourage all others to do the same. I have also reported them to their main office and encourage the same.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fixed review : the gentleman who helped me was super kind and helpful, he was ready and willing to fix my phone. He noticed my back glass was chipped and was able to warn me ahead of time that if I got my originally needed repair I'd have to repair the backglass due to probable breakage during the repair. Even though I didn't get the repair done I was very happy with the service I received! Will definitely be coming back here when I need my phone fixed.

My Z- fold 3 phone needed a new inside screen protector, something they don't get often. Guess it was more challenging then you would think. Even gave a discount for the wait
