I had the worst pedicure EVER here yesterday. The water was so scalding hot that I couldn't put my feet in it......twice. The young girl who was working on me (not even sure if she's legal working age) was totally inexperienced and had no idea what she was doing. Not only did she NOT know how to use the implements correctly, she had these super long sharp pointy talons as nails so when she would move a toe they would dig in and hurt. Now my feet aren't horrible, but my heels do need some work, well my first foot soaked for a grand total of about a minute and a half before she started, and she barely did anything to my heels at all. At one point I also had to ask her to stop filing my skin off of my toes with the emery board. The lady who is the owner I'm assuming came and took over after the base coat was applied, I brought her attention to my heels which were still really rough so she went and got a blade and started using it on my DRY feet!! Then she painted my toenails with the color and said after they dried they'd work on my heels some more. This time a man came over and started at my DRY heels again with some sort of dry abrasive scrubber, it was painful!! I just couldn't wait to get the heck out of there. All this while the lady next to me was enjoying a nice relaxing pedicure with an experienced staff member likely for the same price I paid. I'm considering calling the health inspector as well, even though the implements were taken out of brand new packaging the salon itself wasn't very clean which I didn't notice until I was sitting down with scalded feet. First and last time I'll ever waste money in this establishment. If I could give 0 stars I would.

I Went and got a pedicure and they cut my nails to short and burnt my leg with the towel 2 hours after leaving the salon my leg is still red and hurts to the touch.

WORST place ive ever been left halfway threw took two hours to REMOVE nails and the lady doing my nails putting the acrylic on put it over my cuticle and over the edge of my nail bed and the shapes just honestly look dumb they are all curved to the side nobody there has a clue what they are doing VERY horrible service and went threw three different nail techs in 2 hours the second was very rude basically threw the file when i asked her to make my nail straight when im PAYING her just overall worst nail place in regina don't suggest ever going there waste of time and money

Came here twice so far, brought a friend and my mom. Both experiences were great, the customer experience was so nice and friendly, the prices are very good. They try their best to accommodate when you bring pictures to them. If you communicate your needs and be clear with what you want, you will most definitely get a good set of nails. They don’t get angry or upset at you for speaking up if you notice anything you don’t like. They definitely will fix your nails if you ask them, as I seen them do so when a girl walked in saying she broke her nail. I definitely would have gave 5 stars but only giving 4 due to the cleanliness, it could be cleaned up a bit more, specially at the nail tables. I would recommend people to come here as I have had pleasant experiences both times. I love my nails every time I leave.

Today was my 3rd time going here, I'll definitely be back again. The staff is so friendly and they do such a great job, gave her an photo of something similar id like and its above and beyond better then I thought. Highly recommend this place.
