He was amazing to deal with, upfront about the all in price rather than playing smoke and mirrors with payment pricing and adding in extras that we didn't ask for. Rick and his Sales Manager gave us a great price even though they knew we needed a new vehicle! We've never had a better vehicle buying experience then this! The vehicle was ready on-time and absolutely spotless when we picked it up yesterday! Devin in finance was also awesome to deal with, honest and up front about the additional warranty options! We highly recommend Rick to deal with!! Kudos to you guys @ Wheaton!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BE CAREFUL OF THE MANDATORY EXTRA THOUSANDS IN OPTIONS YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY FOR IF YOU WANT TO BUY A VEHICLE ! I tried to buy a vehicle from this dealer recently and was told that there were items they added that I could not opt out of and as a result would have to pay thousands more than MSRP if I wanted the car. These included such things as ceramic coating (was advised it is already applied to the car so I cannot opt out), extended warranty and protection package (was advised I could not opt out of this, I had to take it if I wanted the car). I have never been forced to buy extras by a dealer when I purchased a car in the past, the extras were my choice and not made mandatory by the dealer. This dealer indicated that with the vehicle shortage, if I wanted the car, then I had no choice but to buy the thousands in extras even if I did not want them. As a result, I opted out and decided not to buy the vehicle if i was being forced to pay $5k over MSRP for things I did not want. I sent a note to dealership management asking why this was their policy to make customer pay for things they did not want but not one person from the dealership had the courtesy to respond to my email. My advice is shop around, dealers with integrity never force customers to pay for things they do not want.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales staff was very good to deal with, however service staff is very unprofessional. Bought a truck 4 days later the truck had an engine light on took it back to them service staff refused to work on it nothing they can do. Had bumper to bumper warranty provided by them with rental coverage for a rental car. They refused to pay for the rental car even though there warranty agrees to cover it. Not to mention there service staff and techs not being able to fix a radio in a brand new Chevy multiple times in my other truck. And losing my keys more than once. Sales staff is good. Service department is by the far the worst in Canada would recommend going to any other dealer
