I'm very pleased with Steve for his quick searches and no pressure attitude. Him and the staff were fun to deal with throughout the trade in process, as well as getting set up in a new vehicle. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service! Marino is very accomodating, easy to talk to and made things work for us. He helped us a lot in making an informed decision especially when we had another option in mind. Cody is a rockstar! He explained things well, very friendly and made our time enjoyable and fun. Trish made the final process much easier and answered every questions right away even when she is preparing the documents. Very friendly and fun work with. Zac always ready to assist us even in the smallest of things. He made sure we are comfortable and helped us setting up the uconnect4. You guys rock!
EDIT: Forgot to mention that Rob phoned me soon after I gave a feedback for something minor if not negligible. What I very much appreciate from him was he listened when others would just hear you out. Big difference. Also, I was so surprised that Marino met us even before we entered the dealership and took care of things immediately. Let's just say they sincerely value their customers. You guys are top notch!

Steve said that he would make sure that its gets done properly @ no cost to me. He was knowledgeable with all of the features on my new vehicle.
