★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance for a birthday party. They were 20 min late getting to us. The seats are covered in nail polish, I was scared to sit down.
They didn't have matte nail polish. They didn't have decals. The filing of my nails took under 25 seconds. She snipped my cuticles until I bled. She didn't moisturize my cuticles and there was no aftercare. My manicure took under 15 minutes to complete, so there was no spa experience for the price I paid.
She didn't say hi, bye, or kiss my a$$. I didn't tip and I'll never be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I haven’t even had an appointment or even got to book one. When I called to book an appointment, the man on the phone was extremely rude and gave no detail about the services when I asked about them. He kept cutting me off repeating “yeah” nonstop until I stopped talking to let him talk. This is my first time ever wanting actual gel nails and this almost completely scared me away. I will never go here, despite my best friend raving about them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always quick service and low waiting time. Their work is pretty good and consistent in quality (nail strength) and appearance (shellac and dip powder). Some of the technicians can do basic, cute nail designs, but they never say no to what designs you request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I went here today the woman who did my moms nails did a HORRIBLE job it wasn’t at all what my mom asked for and the nails were crooked and messy! It looked like a two year old painted them! My mom also wanted Ombré that was the picture she showed the nail tech and it wasn’t even close to ombré and they charged her an extra 5$ on top of her fill for it! Because of this they have lost me as a loyal customer! I called and messaged them to get some kind of reimbursement or a fresh new set and they haven’t even replied! Not impressed!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently tried this nail salon for the first time and it was a horrible experience. I asked for a simple mani and pedi and the mani chipped after just one day When I went back to get it fixed they said I deliberately ruined my nails When I kept saying It chipped of its own. The Solon owner was very disrespectful and rude I would never go back she said I deliberately ruined it by doing housework. I do not recommend this place.
