★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ligia provided professional and high quality training for Level 200 Training in Yoga. I feel well prepared to start teaching a yoga class of my own. Ligia also includes yoga philosophy, alignment of poses, and study of anatomy. Ligia continues to mentor even after training is complete. I thoroughly enjoyed this learning experience. I benefited in mind, body, and spirit. If you are considering yoga teacher training, I highly recommend Ligia. Also taking Ligia’s classes is an enjoyable and beneficial experience.
