Terrible customer service, the server was cursing in Korean. Disappointing food quality and quantity. They just taking advantage of nearby campus community, I doubt they can survive in other areas.

Food is okay and reasonable price for bento. However, the korean fried chicken is just way too expensive - $17 for 6 pieces of small fried chicken which is not even crunchy as it should be. Takoyaki has no vegetables inside just a piece of octopus.

I drove 10 minutes to pick up a delivery order , mentioned I had to use the restroom before taking the delivery A 17 MINUTE DRIVE TO DELIVER and dude behind counter says washrooms not for public. So perhaps he is too stupid to understand that a delivery driver is not simply a member of the public walking in off the street. I am sure they would let the person who ordered the food use the washrrom

The stars are for the food and the food alone. The server was rude, and for the price, the food was served in takeaway boxes, which was highly disappointing. I would have understood if he had informed us ahead of time that that would be the case and that he was alone, but no. There are other Japanese restaurants in Regina within the same price range, and the food is as good, if not better, with the bonus that you will be treated nicely.

The server was so rude. No Patience. I tried to order food on the phone, but his attitude was so rude. and he asked me to check the menu before we call. But the problem was we couldn't find a proper menu online. We had to drive there and order. However, when we were asking the details of the food. He told us we have to wait 20 min to answer my questions. He had to complete the last order. They only had one guy who was the server and the "cook". The menu photo on the google is not accurate for the Jumbo Roll. They have many types of Jumbo Roll. They should specify the name of the Jumbo Roll.

Ordered Korean BimBibap over the phone and I was told 1 hour ago. I decided to go the place after 15 mins to order Takoyaki and surprisingly the Korean BimBibap was already made.Opened the food at home and the food looks old and the vegetables looks soggy and looks bad. I decided to the rest because I am starving . If you can go somewhere else, do not order from here. The quality of food got worse and the server seems annoyed as if our fault we are ordering.
