It was only after I made my purchase and began receiving poor service, that I realized other negative reviews. From my personal experience they are untrustworthy, shady and lack basic customer service. They are a shame to the industry, and I will be happy to post up my transaction receipts if they argue that I never purchased from them. Spend your hard earned money else where, I've purchased jewels from other businesses online in the GTA, East and West coast, LA, NYC and even Greece! Always superior customer service and no issues. IF you want to be disrespected, disregarded, and want a overall shady, sketchy, non client centered service... come here. Do your research, be wise and cautious!

Did not even get to step foot into the store Hello just a normal customer trying to browse some of your items which I actually browsed online before hand . Definitely was ready to purchase . Not anymore .

The customer was charged and then they called to say that the item was out of stock and offered to sell the customer a separate item at an increased cost or wait for the item to be available in 4 weeks. All at this time, they maintained that they do do refunds or returns. Terrible experience after calling several times and speaking to Bill, there was no call back or even an attempt to resolve the issues. This experience was raised to the Bureau for consumer protection.
T	The Explorer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A top tier jewelry store with a grand variety of selection, exceptional service by the staff that took time to answer all my questions and show me the items I wanted to buy from them. Despite their volume of business the staff got back to me in a prompt manner. They shipped my order overnight with free delivery and everything arrived as quoted with certificates. When I buy again it will be with no one else but White Carat Co. Thanks Franky & Staff!

I purchased a tennis bracelet and diamond ring last week, at first I felt as if I wasn’t being respected as well as being lied to about certain things. When I came back a week later and confronted them quite aggressively because nobody likes to be disrespected. However the owner clarified the issue very genuinely and also compromised the price of a repair from one of my pieces. They easily could have kicked me out and just told me to leave from the way I acted but instead of doing that they resolved the problem and made sure that I left happy. Will definitely be coming back in the near future.

If you order on line they will ask you for more money in USD, like scammer, but when you disagree to send them more money they take your money and try to keep it. They fraudulently, sent you pictures of the transaction they say they sent but in reality and confirmed by Canadian banks they are NOT. They have a poor rating on the BBB . Soon there will be a small claims action law suit against them because at this point it’s not about the money they take from customers but about protecting the consumer. They send texts after text but can never come to the phone.

I left my gold here for 1 day and was promised an estimated value for my gold and when I came back the next day, they insisted I leave it there for ANOTHER day and I'll be receiving a call in the evening. Not professional at all. A complete waste of my time and gas. The guy told me he can ''promise'' me $500, and when I went to Cash for Gold I received over $1500. So, if you want to be scammed and ripped off you should come here. Otherwise take your business somewhere else.
