Such unethical people. God save people from them. I should have checked their reviews first. Cheater scammers.

We informed them our parents are in India, the person dealing with us said no worries you can give $100 and you can come at any time and even if you don’t want to buy we will return your money. Yesterday when we went there to get our money back bcz our parents are not able to come due to corona and we don’t want to buy jewellery. They refused to return the money, we had slip and everything, they said you have to buy something. Staff was very rude, they don’t now to deal with the customers. For selling their products they say something else and after taking money their behaviour is totally opposite. They didn’t mentioned any terms or conditions when they took the money that you have come within a day or week or month. The person dealing with said his name is Gurvneet, when we asked about the owner he said Roop lal (which we think is not correct). We recommend never ever visit this shop, they are liars, will say anything to sell there things. Very rude behaviour, never experienced this type of customer experience in my entire life.

I simply called to ask what material jewellery they use for the nose piercings. They guy told me to come to the store and see. I said that I live far away, that’s why I need to inquire on the phone first. He told me that they’re busy to talk right now and then hung up the phone on me.

Rather than help and try make a sale, one of the associates was more interested in trying to get rid of us. Another associate wanted to help but he stopped her. Worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. I will never shop there again. ?????????? For better customer service and unique pieces go to THAMOR or ARNIK Jewellers in Mississauga.

They made me feel so welcomed. On top they have such reasonable jewelry. I walked out with these beautiful hoop earrings.(only came to pierce my ears). I highly recommend these jewellers to anyone that is in the GTA. Customer service is phenomenal and the jewellery is just a magnificent! My go to jewellers!

Firstly, she didn't answered me truth as online price was less than she gave me and secondly she was ignoring the decimal valve as the gold we sold, considered 5.87gm as 5.8gm and the gold we bought was with the slip on it say 7.3gm but when actually measured was 7.1gm and then she was not making eye contact and showed weird behavior too. So, not happy this time and things were not transparent. So please be very careful with the maths with them or better ignore them.

I purchased gold earrings from this jeweller and within 1 week of wearing them, the earring broke into 3 pieces (the diamonds were falling out as well). When I took the earrings in, the owner proceeded to tell me it is completely normal for these earrings to fall apart, and it is part of doing business. He then quoted me triple the price for a new pair of the exact same earrings. He was disrespectful, and told his coworkers to get us out of the store asap. I asked to see other earrings as I was considering purchasing another pair, and he changed the price of them 3 times. First he weighed them, then proceeded to give me random prices. They are definitely not the best jewellers, their name is misleading and I highly do not recommend anyone to shop here.
