I intended on doing business with Kash but after signing, he appointed one of his salesperson to help me find a home because he did not have time. Initially I was told that I will be able to to purchase a property at very reasonable price but I ended up buying property at an expensive price due to poor skills of the assigned salesperson. I ended up having to purchase the property $50,000 over asking price. Throughout the process, Kash did not have time to respond to my calls or messages. Not recommended.

I just asked we are looking for a house to lease and his reaponse was " you must have not paying rent in earlier house where you are living or may not kept the house clean". Who give you the authority to speak like this .? Who give you authority to blame somebody ot judge in very first minute of talk? How do you know whether we are paying rent or not.? We also have same rights here as you mr Aujla.. so be bit professional and polite next time you speak with anybody.
