He takes pain to involve his team with motivation in meetings. He pushes everyone to work hard and grow independently after self learning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought pre-construction with Sahil Punni and Surveen Kaur. Horrible Experience with them, Before selling they liked doing everything, once we bought the house from them, they never picked up the call, their after-sale service is pathetic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not invest with this person. We bought a property he was advertising in Port Colboune in 2017. The so called builder did not exist, we signed the agreement in his office and gave a $ 50,000 deposit. All cheques were cashed by him and there was never any development. We are still pursuing the issue, this was a fraudulent transaction and we were conned by him and his sales team. The so called builder was OHM, which was this Jeevan Punni. Buyers beware. He should not be trusted. If you have any questions on the situation reach out here. I would have given a 0 rating if possible.
