This is the worst clinic I have ever seen. Rude and unfriendly staff and nurses, they treat their patients like garbage, making them wait for 3 hours only to get insulted. This is not a Covid era thing, they were the same even before Covid and only worse now. They don't take appointments, and they don't let you leave to go home and come back because you risk losing your spot in the line.

Seems to be a discrepancy regarding door to enter and door to exit on a Sunday. Maybe due to COVID?? Some staff don't know about this. After several hours wait, driver went away to get water, to return to find patient had left through a different door. Patient with COPD walked 2 km to get home, thinking there was no ride.

Great location. Unfortunately there packed for the day by 8am when they open but thats not there fault out of the 25 clinics on the app 20 were closed and not accepted walk ins and the other 4 were full by 8am also. Got into triage in 2 hours then asked to come back at 430 wich turned into 330. Super knowledgeable doctor that actually seems to listen to what your saying and make a plan to move forward.

**PLEASE READ - DANGEROUS FIRST OPINION** Went here the other day with kidney pain, blood in urine, abdominal pain, and dizzyness. When I finally got into the doctor, he took my temp, it was 37Β° (98Β°F) which is normal body temp **how does a doctor not know this?** - he told me I have a fever... I felt no fever. He checked me over and told me it was virus related. He had covid blinders on, I feel like he wouldnt listen to what was bothering me at all, just told me it was viral (kept mentioning covid), and it would go away. Honestly I've never experienced such bad doctor care in my life. I got a second opinion and it turns out I have Nephritis. (A kidney disease that matches many of the symptoms I told him of), if left untreated, can be fatal. Thanks Westshore Urgent Primary Care!!! Please, if you have ANY reservations at all in what these doctors have told you, GET A SECOND OPINION!

First of all if you want even the slightest hope of being seen by this clinic you need to arrive by 6 am and wait for them to open. If you arrive at 8 am you will see a line up around the block and they eventually cut off the line once they reach capacity for the day. Not the clinic’s fault more so Victoria’s. Anyways, went there for a physical that I needed for surgery and got in and was seen first since I waited two hours before they opened. The doctor was friendly and professional. He told me I needed to follow him to the front to provide the fax information to send off my physical req to the surgeon. I had to change out of my hospital robe which took about one minute. I followed him to the front but a nurse cut me off and blocked the door. She told me I needed to use the exit door behind me and leave I could not go back into the lobby. I explained to her the whole reason I was there was to fax a physical req and the doctor even asked me to follow him to the front to provide the fax info. She cut me off and said I need to leave through the exit and then turned my shoulder so that I was walking with her to the exit. She was trying to not have people block the lobby area or loiter but that wasn’t what I was doing. Frustrated and outside now I called the centre and explained what happened. They told me to come back through the entrance and fax my req with them as they didn’t have the number and were waiting for me. I was beyond annoyed. People thought I was cutting in line but I just needed to fax my req. The secretary seemed annoyed that she had been waiting for me to come to the front and provide the fax number meanwhile I was being kicked out by a nurse. Disorganized beyond. To whoever that nurse was, listen to your patients next time and don’t manhandle them.

Show up an hour before they open or they will rudely turn you away. Have tried several times to get in and always giving attitude and condescension by the people working the door. Possible the one doctor on hand is good, but they take more than an hour to see a patient so i haven't been able to see them in a week of trying.

Worth the wait!! Friendly and supportive staff, I was nervous and the nurse who took my blood pressure was comforting/outgoing which helped me to relax a bit. The Doctor I had was professional and comforting he also explained things in detail and was supportive with any concerns I had. Arrive early before opening if you want to get a spot!!

I am more than impressed with westshore urgent care! I called today because my 4 month has been unwell and they took my call and arranged a call back given her symptoms. The nurse called us and had arranged a time for us come in. Everyone from the lady checking people in outside in the cold, to the nurse that let us come and Dr.A Cook for being so positive and happy. Having all this amazing staff is great. I really appreciate the care from one stressed mom. Keep up the good positive work.
