โ โ โ โ โ I visited yesterday because I suffered from a very bad knee pain, and my roommate told me to visit. I arrived around 9am, and the staffs there were very warm and caring. The nurse called me after 15 minutes for a quick check with me, and then she told me I could come back around 11am to see the doctor. I came back around 11am, but I still waited until 12:20pm to actually see the doctor. To be honest, I actually did not expect to see the doctor that quick, and I could imagine to have a long wait, so I did not plan anything for the day.
After I met the doctor, I was very impressive how friendly and energetic she was. She did a quick check with me, and then gave me some good suggestions. She also gave me a website to register for a family doctor since I did not have one. She was so kind, and very patient to me while listening to my issue. I would say this was the first time I had such a great experience seeing a doctor after being in Canada for 8 years. The environment at the centre was also very clean, and comfortable.
I saw some people yell at the front desk complaining about the wait, but seriously... if there were limited doctors what can they do???
Even if you go to emergency room, you should also wait that long to be honest. I wrote this is because I felt that we need to appreciate how front liners working so hard for people who are sick. We just need to be patient, so we are able to be treated well from them. They are human too.

โ โ โ โ โ Amazing, kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and so much more. I can't even begin to describe how amazing the staff is if I could give 100 stars I would thank you for everything!!!!!!!! Made me feel normal again and gave me answers that I didn't receive at Richmond General. You all have helped me regain faith in the health system there are people out there that care Thank you, thank you, thank you

โ โ โ โ โ One thing I found very helpful prior to coming is to just give them a quick call to see if they are accepting any more patients for the night or how long of a wait there may be. They've always been kind, helpful and answered all my questions.
Each time I've been here, everything went very smoothly, constantly being checked-in, very efficient.
Some of the lower ratings I see here are gonna be influences of frustrating situations, especially vulnerable and desperate times. However, if it is an emergency, go to the Hospital for emergency, they distinctly mention that they are only equipped for URGENT care and they even show on their website what qualifies as urgent or an emergency (very helpful), when in doubt or unsure, just call them.
Be kind, these places literally exist to help those in need... and we need them.

โ โ โ โ โ This place is the worst ever place. On May 19, 2022, I arrived 9:20 PM because I have a bad infection in my skin. The place was empty of patients. Just me. The front desk staff told me we close hours. I questioned her why the information is saying 10PM. A nurse came and rudely requested to leave; otherwise she would call police. I answered her that I am looking for medical services and I asked "for what reason you are threatening me with the police." She told me that even staff is there they and not patients around, they are tired and refused to help me. Then, she took the phone to call the police. She also told me that I need to learn how the things works in this country. Immediately, I realized that the issue was my accent and my immigration background. I was not rude, I didn't use any bad word, and ai didn't behave in any bad way to justify the nurse reaction. They refused to provide services to me because my accent. It is the first in all years I live in Canada I suffer this kind of treatment from someone because my immigration background. I am a father, spouse, and work hard to contribute to the well being of my community. I have never had any kind of issue with no one. I believe that I do deserve this kind of treatment. The white nurse and the staff in the place were unfair and denied me attention at 9:20PM.

โ โ โ โ โ If you want amazing care come here!!! Iโm so grateful to finally be heard and getting the help I need. The doctors and nurses here are super on top of their stuff and show compassion and care through their actions. They helped relieve my pain and took extra measures to make sure Iโm safe throughout my visit. I cannot thank them enough for their help. It made me feel seen and heard especially since health care system is so stressed and busy; they made time to show they care. Thank you.

โ โ โ โ โ I went here 3 weeks ago in a very bad situation. I got continuous fevers and lost most of my energy. While I had been waiting for more than 4 hours in vain at another hospital, I just needed to wait for 1.5h after walking in here. The nurses and doctors are so nice and kind. They do listen to the patients.
I want to send my special thanks to Dr. Carly Derpak. She diagnosed my matter exactly (I thought I got covid, but she said no I didnโt, and I got negative test result after that). With her prescription, I was completely healthy again just after three days of taking medications. Amazing!!
Last but not least, one week after that, I got a follow-up call from the center to check whether I was still taking the medications as per the prescription and my situation at that time. Highly appreciated their services and caring.
This is the best medical center I have ever experienced.

โ โ โ โ โ My first time visit and I would highly recommend this facility. The service was quick and efficient. Dr Jackie heard my symptoms very carefully and looked after me with great care. The service is exceptional. I arrived at 4:30 p.m and was seated even though the facility opens at 5:00 pm.
Excellent place to go if you need urgent care.

โ โ โ โ โ Having urgent primary care is wonderful. It keeps you away from going to ER and still get the great care you need. It also gives ER more attention to sicker patients. I was here last night. Staff were very accommodating and professional, warm and kind. Yes, it was a little over 2 hours wait, but because a lot of us are sick vs number of nurses and doctors and theyโre literally running, and every patient needs to be assessed properly, so that consumes time too. I am extremely happy with the great care I got. Thank you Dr Chan and staff.
