Listened to what was going on ie sympotms etc I was so grateful for that and wish others took note of what a good job others around them are doing. But when I found out I needed to book for my husband as well, the person I got had the nerve to laugh on the phone which I find extremely unprofessional considering she had just asked for his medical number and had no intention of listening. Then when I proceeded to be more direct in hopes she would understand how rude shed been. She proceeded to yell the rest of the conversation! I'm sure when I get there tomorrow, nothing will be on file as there is no way she wrote down anything I said because she asked the same questions I had already answered.
J	J Birch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You need appointment for sure i was turned away at 11am. Just book online i got a appointment the next day. Even with a appointment it was still a hour until i was seen. Nurse that did it was very friendly & sympathetic though which was nice.

Update: The nurse I dealt with at appointment was kind, quick and great at explaining everything. Was in and out in 10 minutes and was the only one there the whole time.
D	Dan Morrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not sure why everyone seems to be having negative experiences here. I didn't have an appointment but went first thing on a friday morning 9am. I waited for maybe 5 minutes after giving them my information and I had the the most pleasant and helpful doctor/nurse take my brain swab. Maybe if you approach with an attitude, you get an attitude in return.

It clearly indicates ‘no appointment necessary.’ I arranged my schedule and went as soon as it opened, only to see signs saying “No Drop In.” Very disappointing. UPDATE: When I returned for a scheduled appointment, later, it went fairly smoothly. No offence intended to the healthcare professionals, doing their best. Just wish the original Maps details didn’t declare ‘no appointment required.’
N	Nicole Walker on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As of Nov 2021 (and since the beginning), APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED** And if you show up without a vehicle, expect the possibility of being challenged prior to being tested. Walk ins are frowned upon. And expect to do gargle test, as this is their preferred form of testing. EVEN if you vomit twice before being able to the test. EVEN if you advise that you are not comfortable with the gargle test. Many of these nurses are overworked and lacking people skills. There has only been 1 out of 4 times I have attended this site and been treated respectfully. Even the person who claims to be the site manager is struggling. [2020] Appointments are necessary. When I showed up at 430pm on a Sunday, I was turned away. When I called to talk to someone, I was treated poorly over the phone. Already having anxiety, the way I was treated on phone made me more uncomfortable about having to be tested.
G	Gary Redmond on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Information needs to be upgraded. Apparently you need to arrive in a car. Fill out a form with basic health information. After test completed in my car. 3 days later still waiting for a call or email on the results ? Of course they're closed on weekends ?
D	Devin Merke on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I arrived there was no line up, and I was only there for 15 minutes, the staff I talked to was really friendly, and I felt my questions and needs were cared for. Yes I had to book an appointment in advance though. I showed up in a car. No they don't offer rapid or PCR tests made for traveling. But I'm seeing a lot of nasty reviews about impatience, I get that long line ups and appointments are frustrating, but I think if you can go at a time not a lot of people would pick, It won't be super busy and you can have a much easier experience.
