★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to service it will be hard to beat Nauroth. I started using this location because of the accessible location, and have not had a single problem with them. Very pleasant to deal with, and always smooth and fast service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nauroth was awesome to deal with Westland just wants to push their overpriced product. Horrible service. I have only sundays off and work in camp. I have transfered interest to another brokerage now they are saying that they are sending me to collections for their renewal which was not my Wawanesa policy because they dont deal with Wawanesa. Never signed anything to transfer to their Westland product. Horrible place to deal with. Beware of these sheisters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great people to talk to in person, but don't ever try to get their business hours by phone. very long hold and you don't speak to a local person so they can't tell you either. Go somewhere that will answer calls or at least have a message with their hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hand delivered application for quote for house insurance. Was told it would take a couple of days. After three days I phoned. All I got was answering machine. Left a message. No one called back. Have do this three times now. Still no replies. It is now one week
