★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My business has been dealing with Western Financial for a few years. Their customer service commercial division sucks. I sent a request for information to include some new acquired assets and they replied me back a month later rushing me up to fill a form for a renewal on the insurance 3 days before its expiring date. Their personnel didn't know how response to my requests and they were extremely obnoxious, petulant and unhelpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never went in to this location before till Patti started working there. It was a pleasant experience. You get one on one help with your insurance advisor. And you even get to sit down with them and arent rushed. They sell insurance and investments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited Western Financial to renew my car insurance. I found the staff very friendly and helpful. They explained my insurance very well. They will give me a quote on my home insurance when it is time and I am happy to go back to see them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this location at 9:20 am. The doors were locked, people laughing and talking at the counter. The sign on the door says open at 8:30am. Rang the bell, knocked on the door and no one would answer. Most definitely the worst experience at a insurance agency. When I called them to let them know their doors were locked the number took me to a customer service agency not even based in our town. She didn't seem to care, just said they must be short staffed.
