When I first started working out in 2014 I was very nervous because I didn't know how to use machines or what to do, but after a while I got the hang of it and the staff is more than willing to show you how to use a piece of equipment or if you need a spotter for anything.

G	Genieve Colville on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ended up with 2nd degree burns in their stand up tan because they had no experienced and only young staff in training working, fair skinned and only my second time tanning since I was in highschool, there were no professional recommendations on how long to go in for, and I had blisters after I felt like I was cooking from the inside out after 12 minutes when I was supposed to stay in for 15, and no tanning oil? Won't forget this day I ended up in regency and after I asked to cancel my membership because of my burns I was not only rudely blown off by the manager but taken to collections (which is now being settled) for full payment of membership, not only do I have photos of the blistered burns all over my torso but also why I will never go back or deal with this place again, VERY unprofessional and uncompassionate.. can post photos when find them, not exactly memory trying to remember, but will once go through photos,
e	emily hurren on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I signed up to the gym as a student for an 8 month period, knowing that i wouldn't be there in the summer. After my 8 month contract I was surprised to see i was still being billed. I was told over the phone that the contracts are immediately rolled into memberships and they "don't have any obligation to let you know" and to cancel you need to go in to the gym. I went in to cancel feeling bummed that i had paid for time i hadn't used at all but accepting it and then they informed me I would have to continue paying for another 30 days since the policy in their contract is they need a month's notice and it didn't matter that i wouldn't be using it, or hadn't used it for the past month - i still had to pay. It is shocking that i have to treat a cancellation at the gym like moving out of my apartment, it isn't like they need to clean out an apartment and replace me!! When I first went there it felt like the gym was really concerned with ensuring customers had a positive experience, but I guess they are just out to make money by ensuring customers pay an extra month after they want to quit. And to say that customers should buy and bring their own floormats because the gym wasn't going to replace any worn down ones is another example of the attitude there. Being from Toronto I was really expecting better customer service at a small town gym but i shouldn't have!!

They're not that nice to customers either, and the gym is super small. They screw you over with their membership rules and you'll end up losing all your money, and they just say there's no way to get it back. Just not a very nice place, would honestly recommend the uni gym or GoodLife, you'll get your money's worth and the atmosphere is a whole lot better with much more.
T	Taira Axton on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love this gym. It's so clean , staff is always so friendly. They have great child minding staff, my daughter absolutely loves going there every day. We both get to look forward to a safe and fun environment. I couldn't say enough great things about this gym, staff is always happy and friendly to greet you when you walk in . This is the cleanest gym I've ever stepped foot into. The monthly fees are affordable and even though it's a smaller gym, you will always find a machine free to use :)
