★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently had an insurance claim at our property from a fridge water line, the entire experience from Huston grant was dispicable. Our adjuster was Guy Walsh. The customer service was awful. We did all of the work ourselves. Missed submitted receipts. Lied about dates when amounts were issued and submitted. Lied about when they contacted contractors. The adjuster does not work with home owners only in the benefit of the insurance company despite what they tell you. After contacting the insurance company directly we received 20% more than the adjuster told us was the maximum amount payable. Which was a huge difference for the size of claim, still not enough to cover damages. It took 6 months to receive payments after sending in receipts, which is suppose to only be a maximum of 30 days. I could go on and on about all of the wrong doings this company did to our family. But if your insurance company tries to hire Huston Grant as your adjuster switch right away. From management to their adjusters the entire company is corrupt. The only person who I feel awful for is the poor front desk lady who answers the phone. I had to call every day on urgent manners and you could sense her frustration with her colleges since they screened our calls. Usually it took 5-14 business days to hear back.
