★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I just dealt with William regarding the renewal of my Car Insurance. I was super busy with work and asked if we could zip through it rather than trying to call back later because I might not be able to call or be there before close.
The phone call was 3 minutes and 20 seconds. In that timeframe, William was extremely thorough and clear with his questions. On top of that, I had an outstanding ticket (tsk tsk) which we dealt with as well.
Exceptional service once again, I'm glad I have my Car and House insurance through Capri.
