★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is poor and filled with hidden fees. I have moved from the City and the gym will not agree to stop charging me, even though the move was discussed prior to signing up. There was also multiple "charges" without reason throughout my duration at the gym.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent facility and knowledgable starr. I was in Prince George for a few days longer than expected so had to find a gym to keep my fitness routine up. I live in Vancouver but never used a Gold’s. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised at how clean, modern, and well equipped this was. I had a very enjoyable work out and won’t hesitate to drop in again next time I am in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After trying out many different gyms here locally I decided to join Gold's. Not only are the staff here easily the most friendly, they also keep this gym absolutely spotless. I have never had an issue with the cleanliness of the change rooms or any of the equipment. They have tons of cardio machines so you don't have to wait to use the machine you want. They also have great tanning beds and boast a wonderful steam room. The cost of a membership is extremely competitive and the membership offers discounts on clothing, supplements as well as perks like their in-house spa. Overall a fantastic place to work-out and get into the best shape of your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Will charge huge fees in the hundreds of dollars to cancel your membership and when you sign up they don't tell you that the Golds in Prince George is "independently owned" so when you move you cant transfer your membership. If you're considering using this gym, don't.

I don't know who Joshua is, but if multiple people are having this problem you should probably think about changing your internal policies. Your gym is unprofessional and when looking at ratings other members have left, the worst rated gym in town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenient location with ample parking. Lots of well maintained workout equipment for all your needs. The staff are friendly and helpful.
The neighborhood is a bit sketchy however, so do be sure to lock your doors. All in all, it's a great gym with equipment to suit all your needs.
