★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed..... Never had such a horrible fast food experience!!!! Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich combo and they said I had to wait 6 minutes for fresh chicken which was fine. Till I got home to eat it... My 1st bite felt like I was eating rubber and it came apart in thick strings when I took it apart to make sure it was cooked. But I was absolutely starving so thought I would try one more bite.... But couldn't eat it. So while trying to figure out what to do I decided to call and see if there was something they could do as my sandwich wasn't edible. So the employee asked if that order was fresh and I could hear the other employee say yes it was fresh. My reply was well I waited the extra 6 minutes for It to be fresh. And I said well I couldn't eat it bc it was to gross and the guy said well it was deep fried for 6 minutes and they just follow the recipe that is given for cooking and there isn't anything they can do about it. So needless to say won't be going there again. And now I feel so sick actually made me sick to my stomach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst Dairy Queen ever asked for something and they said they didn’t want to make it even though I just ordered it the other day. they also got my order wrong and said I already paid for it and wouldn’t fix it. person was very rude will not be going there again☹️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Politely asked and paid for whipped cream on my treatzza pizza. The employee was preparing the order when the manager came out and scolded the employee. She said very rudely, " we don't do that here for anyone"! To top it off, I wasn't even offered a refund. That manager needs some serious workshops if she wants to continue that job.
