Staff chatted with us about attractions in Kenora since we were from out of town.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a couple of Bkfst Sandwiches and they tasted better than average. But the level of service is mediocre. Waited for 5 minutes to order, with no one in front of me, as 5 employees chatted amongst themselves and at times, assisted the Drive Thru window. Even when I did order, the person taking my order wasn't present, and I had to repeat myself 3 times, I'm not sure the first two attempts were even recognized as attempts by this employee. Then eventually, they launched my bag with the Sandwiches towards me and I asked repeatedly for a napkin. Why isn't there napkins in the bag and why do you have to beg for napkins and nobody is listening. I hate going here but the others in my party wanted coffee, so we stopped but it's just a big mistake to go here.

There is no hand sanitizer supplied. Cashier area is never wiped down between customers.
Tables are never disinfected or even washed between customers.
They do not enforce social distancing.
Seems they're more interested in turning a profit than they are about your health

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordered a farmers wrap. When I got to the window, they handed me a biscuit sandwich. I said I ordered the wrap. The girl argued with me and said sandwich. I said no, I said wrap. She refused to correct and showed the sandwich in my face. Last time going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have given this location my business for over a year and it has been inconsistent but lately it has seemed to become worse. Today my chicken wrap came wet, over-packed with (slow cooked) chicken, drippy, and torn in multiple places. I was in the drive-thru and they gave me no napkins to clean up with.
I asked for a large oat milk latte and they gave me a cup filled with cream (dairy) and what looked to be only one shot of espresso. I am lactose intolerant and cream makes me sick. My chicken wrap is inedible, it looks disgusting and it is falling apart and getting all over the place and I have no napkins to clean myself up with. Additionally, the crispy chicken is constantly rubbery and hard to chew. Like it was prepared early and left out all day.
Overall I have had bad experiences with terrible communication and service at this location. They are usually short, and unfriendly. Your drive through workers regularly hold our the card terminal while looking in the other direction and never say a word when giving you the food. I have found it stressful to get food from this location.
