★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome service. I was able to telephone and renew my ICBC insurance. They don't take VISA DEBIT or e-transfer though so that was a difficulty, only credit card payment is accepted.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you pay in full and are told it’s taken care of there should be no additional hidden costs. Charged $239 a year later after we paid in full. Tried to address it, a nice employee Z tried to help Nov 2020 but then the manager A Dec 2020 called back and acted like it was our fault their employee did whatever he did. Two employees no longer there messed up our insurance. The service used to be good a year and a half ago. SGI lost a customer because of your company’s inability to perform your duties HUB at Pine Centre.
