★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed to send money directly to my wife's bank account from my own bank account. And because I didn't have my bank card the teller refused to help me. I told her I had all of the information needed but she still refused to help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give negative star if its possible. Thy do not deserve even 1 star. First, lady at front teller was so RUDE and was not agreed to help because they were closed in 1 hour . Second, they are now charging money for getting details of own account which was not the same criteria before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made a deposit of my paycheque on august 21, 2021 the cheque has been cleared august 24, 2021 and it’s been 7 business days now and my money is this on hold this tells me that scotiabank employees are racist because I am aboriginal. I called and they said that it was too be released yesterday august 30, 2021 that’s a lye my paycheque is still on hold what a horrible bank.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I do not recommend this branch or scotiabank as a whole whatsoever. I’ve dealt with 3 separate individuals who’ve never fulfilled my transaction in regards to my investments. I ended up pulling everything and moving to another financial institution entirely. I inquired about obtaining commercial lending through this branch as well and had also not received a response and again I’ve attained lending elsewhere. Do not waste your time with this institution and go elsewhere! They do not value customer service or their customers small or large.
