★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service, while I tryed on some sunglasses, I felt a little hungry. It was a few hours since I ate and I could feel the growls coming on. The short girl noticed I was weak from starvation and promptly got on the phone to order me a pizza and crazy bread from Little Ceasars just down the way. Knowing I was short on time, I was unable to call for a dentist appointment....bam..she called and made me an appointment for me as well...with Dr. Payne, local dentist in the area. Needless to say, I didnt buy any sunglasses but Im full of pizza and cavity free. Thank you Vision Optical.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took a long time to get my glasses. First pair needed to be sent back because they broke them so I had to wait another 3 weeks.... They could have used a faster shipping service seeing as they broke the glasses but chose to lose a customer instead

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought glasses here because i heard good things but i have had nothing but bad experiences, after buying a set of frames and 3 sets of lenses they then proceed to tell me that they've been putting in the wrong lenses and thats why they keep breaking, but they wont do anything about it, then the nose piece breaks off my glasses and they tell me that they are not repairable and i need new frames or have to wear them the way they are. So even though they have screwed me out of hundreds of dollars they tell me using my lens warranty with new frames wouldnt be worth my time and i should buy a whole new set. After i had just bought another brand new set of lenses 3 months ago.
Will never go back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought two pairs of glasses here and was approximately $500 per pair, first pair broken in two weeks, the hinge of the frame came off, they replaced it. and the second pair broken in 2 months due to same reason and this time they said they do not cover these in their warrantee and it was my fault they are broken that I must have done something wrong. Their staff was so certian that I broken it as if she saw me use it every day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not bother getting your glasses here . I have always loved visions because of deals, however this New Look location is terrible! I order 2 pairs of glasses, one set came in after 3 weeks with the prescription in the wrong location of the lens. My second pair took over 5 weeks and I get them and they are wrong thickness ! They refuse any returns even though the website says you have 90 days satisfaction guaranteed. So I have to pay extra money to have them sent back and done properly or go else where . I’m going elsewhere to spend 300$ on proper lenses before I give New look another penny! Don’t waste your time or money at this location.save yourself the headache and go elsewhere. Do no rely on their customer service experts to help you in anyway. It’s clear they are not qualified or capable in putting in prescription orders. New look will just say you would have know they ordered wrong. Satisfaction guaranteed is BS!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Optometrist Dr. Tracy Weng is great. She is a real professional and takes her time to make sure she prescribes you the correct prescription. Really happy with her service. She is a wonderful Optometrist.
Staff is nice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unimpressed. My wife and I were shopping for eye glasses for both of us.on Tuesday May 24, 2022 mid morning. One staff member in the store. He was chatting on the phone to someone other than a customer. My wife started looking at frames. I sat down near the worker ready to ask questions. He only thought about terminating his phone call when I stood up and my wife and I walked out of the shop. He lost a minimum sale of $450.00 or possibly $900.00......
