★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally well maintained parking lot, landscaping & infrastructure for a Northern BC strip mall, although access to and from Central St. W is bizarre and can cause much traffic confusion. Vacancy seems low which is a good sign for the health of a development. Probably would place maintenance and aesthetics of Spruceland behind Pine Centre but way, way above Parkwood and the SmartCentre in College Heights.

Variation of crafts.sometimes the lines get long tho n should have more than one person on till maybe 3 on busy days?
