★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called the Post office lady to inquire about a package. She was impatient and sounded like she wanted to hang up the phone, and wasn't properly answering my questions. I hate dealing with Canada Post. Always. At this location, I find Canada Post particularly difficult. Ie, like the time they couldn't even assist with showing me where they keep their envelopes and stamps. They need to do their job.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a nightmare worst customer service ever experienced I was told to switch pharmacies instead of solving the problem meds delivered to the Hospital??????????? the Hospital?????? I'm confused a total of a total of 12 meds that I get from this pharmacy all of them get delivered to my home why would they deliver it to the hospital well as of tomorrow i will switch pharmacies thanks for the advice customer service rep.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It took a took a total of five phone calls and two days for me to get my prescription transferred and filled. The pharmacists were unhelpful and not at all understanding of my situation; they acted like I was in the wrong for trying to get my medication on time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Keep wanting to renew my prescriptions using their telephone/internet service. Always down. Need to know I can get my prescriptions when I need it. If I go in person it is at least a 2-4 hour wait which I cannot due as I still work. Have been going to them for over 15 years now, but due to recent issues in the past year have had to go without medications for days even though I have tried to order in advance. Very disappointed. Will probably have to move prescriptions another company. Don't know what to say. Used to love this company but horrible service as of late. Goodbye I guess. How can a company fall so fast and fail to meet the needs of venerable individuals I will never know. I can survive a few days with out my medications but am really feeling for those who cannot. Hopefully they do not go to Shoppers in Spruceland Mall to have those filled.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 8:03am. Myself and probably 10 others have shown up and tried the doors. Locked! I even looked up the hours last night and it said verified a week ago that they open at 8am. With the price of gas right now... I am not too happy! :(
Change your hours please!?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pharmacy is garbage. Can never get through quickly and they ALWAYS mess SOMETHING up. Usually losing my prescriptions and making me go into a walk in to get them a new one. As someone who has been dealing with mental illness for years and the meds to help. And they’ve consistently made it a stressful ordeal EVERY time. Super disappointed because superstores pharmacy is garbage too so I switched cause this place is closer. But this place is no better. They also don’t seem to care or acknowledge their screw ups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff lied to the hospital social worker told her my medications are covered and she was gonna assist me due to lack of funds to share the cost.
I was told everything was fine, to go hand them my papers and that I'd spend 70$, then they tell me it's gonna be over 200$.
Medications aren't covered, only the social workers portion and the 70 I scraped together.
Life saving medications, guess I'm s.o.l.
Thanks shoppers for lying to the hospital social worker.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At the cosmetic counter is a FABULOUS lady who wears the name tag M.C.. She's been in cosmetics for over 25 years and it shows through in knowledge of products and in people. She provides an unbiased and personalized view that may suit you perfectly. Should it not suit you perfectly, she has the solution for that as well that isn't a hassle. Should you choose to, you're also able to keep the products you've purchased on file and provide feedback online so you know next time whether you liked it or not if you happen to forget...or if you send someone to buy you a gift.. Let's say for example....M.C. also has tips and tricks for applying make up, choosing fragrances .... And it really works... She also cares... Like really cares... About what she's doing and how you are receiving her input and or advice. I truly recommend this wonderful person and I think you should stop by to see if what I'm saying is true...?
