(her eyeliner was a mess of abomination, not good for store image) she yelled at my baby that’s quietly asleep in the stroller and spat in my coffee that I was holding. Unbelievable, do something about this behaviour! Or you’re gonna be losing a loyal customer save on foods!!!!!
W	Wendel Schwab on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Save-On-Foods is a comprehensive, if a bit expensive, grocery store. While they don't carry everything, they have quite a lot of the foods, toiletries, or pharmacy stuff you may be looking for. The staff are, in my experience, always friendly and happy to help out, which greatly improves the shopping experience. I would rate Save-On-Foods higher, but they tend to be expensive, unless you're a save-on-more cardholder and you only buy stuff on sale, as they attempt to be more upscale. I would prefer if they had prices that could compete with Superstore or other big box grocery stores.
F	Foto Gini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for grocery shopping if money is no object and you look for BC wine and European groceries. Staff at the deli is grumpy like trapped animals. You have to wait a long time to get what you want. AVALON milk is sold in a great selection. It would be nice if flyer items are really available at the shelf on the first day of the flyer. Cashier are a little bit slow... I know they are tired but so am I.

Tried to use self checkout but the alarm went off screaming alerts on an unpaid product in the grocery bag? ½ hr. To str8ten out the till with customer service and the embarrassment of it's false alarm 4 theft. Better shopping next time, but not here!!

There was a homeless guy a little sober behind me He stuck some security tag to my bag which was behind me And then the staff person came to me and told me that they need to check my bags They humiliated me instead of being sorry after looking into my bag he couldn't find anything and then later he didn't pointed out to the person and still blamed me and told me that I can't buy things on that day The people here made us feel disgusted Stop being RACIST GROW UP
G	Glen Pommer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This location has the best service of all Save On Foods in the city. Cleaning and stocking is very good, produce is well managed and kept fresh. The selection of items in store is not as diverse as the downtown stores, probably due to the smaller size of the store.

The person who is doing the shopping is not doing a good job. We asked for a bag of cat food and said yes to any replacements we were told they were “sold out “ ??All the cat food? Nope. The most recent time they said “sold out to the 24 package of instant noodles “ This is all I have money for it is going to feed me for a month . So I had to go and see for myself and perhaps just get a few packages of noodles but look at there on the BOTTOM shelf the noodles I ordered. I am disabled I am in pain everyday it hurts to walk it hurts to carry anything! So I walked there and back1/2 hour each way to buy what they should have delivered. Please teach your “shoppers” to bend over and LOOK on the bottom shelf. It wasn’t even at the back of the shelf. Do better shoppers!
