Edit... I left a scathing review months ago near the start of the apocalypse.. everyone was on edge.. attitudes... mine included have improved so...
Ive retracted my previous comments and re-reviewed SDM.. with a fresh perspective.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can not believe how unorganized and unprofessional this pharmacy is. I have never had to wait over 2 HOURS for a perscription to be filled. Im not going to put down my multiple experiences here but DO NOT use this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been racially profiled in this Shoppers not once, not twice, but thrice now. 3 different incidents in less than a year. That says a lot. It's like (some of) the staff thinks I'm out to steal whenever I come here. Why ask to inspect my bag, and not the others'? What about me makes you think I'm a shoplifter? Can't think of anything but my race. Awful and humiliating. The only reason I ever come here is because of the lack other options. Otherwise, I would never set foot in this place ever again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This pharmacy is dangerous. My mother has received wrong prescriptions multiple times. They also charge you twice and never have the prescription ready even though they text it was ready. My suggestion is not dealing with this pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst pharmacy in Kenora. Very slow. They magically "haven't received" faxed in prescriptions on 2 occasions, even though the fax was confirmed "received" by the original sender / fax machine. Very frustrating when a person has driven a hour into town to get the prescription. Save yourself a lot of headaches, find another pharmacy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ many occasions I've gone to get an Rx, and usually they start by saying they never received it - even if it is printed out in front of them. 1 girl would just be saying 'no sorry we didn't get it' without checking, and really not care if the person requires it immediately- as if it was candy or something. When in fact it is received. All this while it isn't even busy. Other times they've been in a position to fill an Rx, but just decide they will not that day, based on the weather. IF there is a way for them not to do your Rx, they will find it - becoming defiant. and make up a reason 'on the fly' - once that happens, there is no way you are getting your Rx. 1 or 2 people there are ok, but if you get the wrong person, you are out of luck. The best part is never having to go there again.
