Pathetic service ....lady working there is so rude ... doesn’t know customer service , how to talk to customers.....I hope the owner reads the review and take proper action Never coming to this branch again

Horrible service. Originally I was asked to provide a valid gov't ID, I provided my drivers licence. Thought that would be suffice since it has all the necessary info to process transaction. I was then asked what is my nationality and my country of birth? Why would a business like WU ask this question it puzzled me?! My bank did not ask me that when I got my mortgage approved!! The staff told me if I don't answer, my money won't be received. WU needs to change its practice otherwise ppl won't do business with you. Ohh, fyi the radio was very loud inside the store and you can hardly hear the staff speaking from behind closed window.

Very very very bad service. If I have the option of giving no star then I would do so. Employees there don’t know what they are doing. Asked me very specific question of why I’m receiving the money. They were extremely rude when I asked them about their rates as I have received USD and wanted to know their rates as they said they have different rates than WesternUnion. They raised their voice on me and my mom just for inquiring questions. They don’t know anything. They don’t even know how to talk properly to customers. And I wasn’t talking with one person, all of them almost 4 collected to talk at the same time. By the end they ignored me because i told them why are you taking it personally. Very rude behaviours and employees. I definitely would recommend staying away from this branch as much as you can. I’m very disappointed honestly I hope you change your ways of treating your customers.
