★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been here a few time and always terrible service. Especially the one time with Iryna. She was extremely rude and very unprofessional. On top of that she and the other girl who works there doesn't even speak proper English. They tried lying to me with their broken English. Grate rate but not worth the headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give it 5 stars but for the last two weeks, I have tried to exchange US to CAD and the outlet in Hamilton has consistently told me that they do not have enough CAD to provide the exchange.
I will agree with other reviewers - Kantor does give the best rates but that doesn't matter if you cannot fulfill the exchange.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unaccommodating. The person did not even attempt to help with my request. It really wasn’t that hard. Unfortunately, I often need currency exchange services but I will not be using this location services anymore.
Update- The Marketing coordinator has reached out to me, appologized and offered solution. The issue has been resolved.
