★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied for a loan online (etransfer) and was told I wouldn't receive it until tomorrow but if I go in person I could get it today. I went in person to this location and received terrible service. Keep in mind I also had my 4 year old with us. The lady couldn't find the confirmation number on my account and told me I had to call customer service to get it. After sitting on hold for 10 minutes the lady said, "hang up. I have the number here." I hung up and not even 10 seconds later she said, "never mind, call back again." So I called back and sat on hold for 15 mins this time. Meanwhile my boyfriend was looking through my online account and found what looked like the confirmation number, he went to the lady and asked her if that was the number to which she replied, without even checking, "you know what dude? wait for her to get off the phone." Throughout our entire encounter she was giving attitude, shaking her head, laughing, not making any effort to be helpful. We ended up leaving - without my loan - and going to a different location where we were helped with absolutely no issue at all. Turns out the number my boyfriend found was in fact the confirmation number. Had that lady taken 2 seconds to check we wouldn't have has to bus all the way up hamilton mountain with our now grumpy 4 year old to recieve better service. I'm very disappointed in our service that resulted in half our day being wasted.

I never have issues when it comes down to recieving the aid I've requested. Agents have even gone out of their way to make certain I have recieved all the aid I need even when unaware of offers or promotions.
No 5 star because always a line not enough staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very convenient but they charge way more interest then they tell u.. dont understand why or how but it is. They say like 40$ a month on 1000$ then charge 50$ a week and then u still owe like 999 at then end of the month. Dont know how that works. If u need it use it i guess but pay it off within a week lol.
