★ ★ ★ ★ ★ jacuzzi had gross mats of someone else's hair and dead skin stuck in the air screens. brought to the attention of staff and was given some type of excuse about how these rooms haven't been rented in months.
very disappointed. No discount offered. 200 bucks should get you a clean room at least

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I left my iPad in my room after checkout and didn’t even realize months after the fact. The house keeper Yvonne Hannaford held onto it and through her many efforts was able to mail it back to me. I am so grateful that there are people like Yvonne still out there. Thank you for you’re amazing help, you really made my day. That lady deserves a raise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was rudely woken up by who I think was the manager. I not sure where she got her customer service skills or how she keeps her job with that snotty attitude towards paying customers but I'm VERY DISAPPOINTED in the management here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hot water tank blew up on a Sunday afternoon, tired to get a room there for the night and apparently they don't rent to local GP residents. According to the front desk lady. ??? I don't recommend them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What the hell at this place? The reception Clerk was so bad can’t understand what she said me no effort to speak well and they don’t accept debit card if you are not from GP! Do you think if I was from GP I’ll rent a room in a hotel?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I chose to stay here as I had stayed in western budget hotels in other locations and they were nice. It had been a long winter drive and I really didn't have the energy to find a different place to rest my head. The front desk person was very cold and indifferent. After a dump of snow earlier that day, the parking lot was not plowed, just the entrances were shoveled. It is definitely an older location and did smell like an older location in the hallways but they were clean. Imagine my surprise to open the door to my room and find a dirty carpet. I was also disappointed to discover no microwave in the room and I was not about to trudge through 10-12 inches of snow to the building with the office in it to use the microwave in the lobby. At least the bedding appeared clean! I will definitely be rethinking budget when I could have added a few dollars to the room total and stayed in a completely clean room in a place where I didn't have to worry about getting my vehicle stuck.
