Friendly service but was there just shy of 2 hours for an oil change. was no huge line - drove right in. Maybe upon check in one could have said that its actually full back there.. your vehicle is 3rd in line or what ever the case was.. or come check in with me after the first hour.. I was getting ready to get up and complain which I hate to do and shouldn't have to - just lack of communication... coffee was great!

Great staff, explained everything they checked and did. Took longer then I thought for an oil change but was reasonable with the amount of vehicles in front of me when I entered.

The folks did a very good job but I will say the β€œQuickLane” bay is not very quick! I was there for 1hr 15mins to get an oil change (which included tire rotation which I like). To expect great service I realize it takes more time but I felt this was about 30-45mins longer than I expected.

Front counter person was nice. But they should have a little more knowledge of what they are selling, this was a first service on a new truck. That being said at the store I bought the truck from they will always wash and vacuum the truck after your appointment as part of the service. Thanks

I brought my car in for an oil change. I asked for full synthetic and I was charged $60 extra than I usually get charged for at my hometown for full synthetic, not a big deal since I don't do it here regularly. But the biggest red flag was I noticed the underside protection panel on the driver side was sagging down from a lost bolt and I asked them to put a blot in when I dropped my car off for the oil change. The guy told me that the bolt only comes with a new panel and have to buy as a set (seriously? I have to buy a new whole pannel set for a replacement bolt) and I asked him it's just a single bolt that was not supposed come loose in the first place (mine is a 2017 ford that I regularly service at ford). He assured me they will fix it and I believed him (which I shouldn't have). I picked up my car up and drove off, I didn't crawl underneath my car and check at -27Β°c because they guy was so convincing when he said they will fix it and it's just a bolt. Guess what I got home and found out they didn't fix it (just a simple bolt) and don't even bother to tell me that they didn't fix it. So β€’I was charged $60 extra for a full synthetic oil change (than my hometown). β€’I was lied to β€’I was not told that they did not fix something they told they would β€’I was asked to buy a new whole set of panel for a simple bolt which shouldn't have fallen out in the first place. I wonder is this the professionalism you should expect when you visit this place which is affiliated to Ford motors? Should I trust this place with a car that you drive?

Went in for an oil change, new wiper blades and check transfer case fluids. They did there 21 point inspection and found my under plate protector was damaged, my lug nuts needed to be replaced and my tires are needing to be replaced- already!? Only got the set a year and a half ago or so, won’t be buying this brand again! I loved my service guy, he informed me every step of the way and asked what I wanted to do when he found the extra things wrong. Definitely be using Ford for my future needs for my 2014 escape.

Yea we were there for 7 hours BUT when we booked the appointment we were told it would probably take all day. We had the maintenance service #4 plus replaced transfer case fluid and replace spark plugs. Multiple times we had employees ask if we wanted coffee or water . If we would like a drive to go somewheres or get something to eat . We were told we needed tires so we bought them and had them installed. When we went to leave an employee was there our low tire pressure warning was on the employee told us to take the truck back in he dealt with the issue right away . He had told us what to retorque the tires at and when and how much air pressure he put in each tire. We were EXTREMELY PLEASED with the work done to the truck and how the employees treated us. Do to our treatment and honesty of your employees we definitely will be dealing with this Ford dealership for our vehicles services
