Very friendly and helpful staff made this stressful event much easier to deal with and I was very happy with the price too. They provided hot coffee and bottled water while we waited and that was much appreciated. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services in the future.

Arriving just after opening, I was told it would be a half hour wait until they could get at it and was invited into the showroom lounge, offered coffee and shown the wifi password. Chris was extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Within 20 minutes, he appeared with my keys and efficiently processed my transaction. Definitely a pleasant transaction first thing in the morning! ?

I had someone I know take the door panel off, I bought the necessary part from Napa, just needed someone to hook it up. I paid an exhorbant bill when I came to pick up my truck ($400ish?) and the window has never fully worked properly regardless of the pricey fix. Last week the window did the same thing. Took it to my local mechanic they found that the previous mechanic who fixed it DUCK TAPED MY WINDOW TO THE NEW PART. An exhorbant bill for a duct tape job.

They were so generous and always kept me aware of what the repair issue was and the next step to solve the problem along the way. They took a broken camper axel on my 1990 Gulf Stream and turned it around along with a broken wheel and loose leaf springs in 6 days. Thank you so much to everyone who helped get me back on the road and for 100St Grand Prairie Alberta Fountain Tire for getting me back on the highway so I can volunteer this summer in Alaska!
