★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want a tire shop to do the quickest basic job of taking tires on and off without care or concern to inform you of any issues with them, this Kal Tire is not the one. I live five hours north, and lugged my tires up to have them tell me that they couldnt put them back on?! I wish they would have told me this when they took them off. I have since moved my business' elsewhere. I do not appreciate being called after leaving a review and being gaslite! My word'

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought tire in for a flat repair, took all day for them to fix the tire. went and picked it up next morning, went to put tire back on the machine to find out they put the tire on the rim backwards. 50/50 shot I guess of getting it right. brought it there again, waited for 10 min them to fix it which wasn't bad, but watched buddy just flop my tire over and watch the face of the rim smack the floor. not impressed at all, seems like there constantly going down hill. will go elsewhere next time

Was driving through GP and needed an alignment (i thoguht) turns out I needed new tires ASAP, they had some in stock and within 2.5hrs I was back on the road, feeling very safe. I will NEVER use another tire shop! I've bought 5 cars worth of new tires and find their prices extremely fair with unmatched service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with the given service. Customer service is not explaining what’s going wrong with the vehicle, just asking for the payment and receipts.
Yesterday , I bought new snow tires for my car and before that they had to do an alignment check on my car. After three hours they had installed the tires and gave me the car and when I drove, I found out that the steering wheel was titling toward the passenger side and my car was pulling towards passenger side, I had never faced this problem with it before the instalment as it was a brand new car.
So, I went back again and I had to wait for about an hour and a half for them to adjust the alignment during which I had to repeatedly call them and ask if the procedure was done as I was getting late for work.
I spent almost an entire day getting my car fixed which was actually a matter of only an hour and I had to pay again for the alignment.
They should have done that along with the instalment of the tires at the very first time and not made me wait for an entire day as they didn’t fix it at time installing the tires.
They wasted my time as well as money.
I am highly disappointed with the service provided by Kal tire Grande Prairie. 10744 117 Ave, Grande Prairie, AB T8V 7N7
Even now the alignment is not properly done after paying a hefty amount. Facing same problem again.
